How can I change my order?

You can send most changes to shop@benpleasedressme.com -  My Team will be happy to make reasonable changes to your order as long as it has not already been shipped.  We do not guarantee that your request for changes to your order will be fulfilled.

How long does shipping take?

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders may ship 2-4 business day after you order. but certain products may have a longer processing time which will be noted in each item description. *NOTE: during restocks, special product events & new releases, there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time!

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
  • The time of year or special promotions (holidays, (flash sales, etc)
  • Brand your order.  Some brands have varying processing times which are noted in each item description.
ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not at all a guarantee from us.

DOMESTIC:
Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL: We do not currently offer an option to ship internationally.  If you have any questions or special requests about international shipping, email shop@benpleasedressme.com and there may be an accomodation we can make with you.  This is not a guarantee.

Where do you ship from?

Los Angeles, California is our main hub.  Though we are already planning on adding new shipping locations all over the country and the world in the near future.  Some brands may dropship from their departments in other places in the USA and elsewhere.  This will be noted in each item description.

How much is shipping?

FREE SHIPPING ALL THE TIME.

There is no additional shipping fee on any of the products offered in the BENPLEASEDRESSME shop.

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason.  So please do your research.

How do I track my order?

Please allow between 1-3 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. 

If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add shop@benpleasedressme.com to your safe sender’s list.

Where are the items in your store made?

All my Ben Friend x FAKEBESTFRIEND clothing is American Made.  I create everything in Los Angeles, CA.

All Ben Friend x FAKEBESTFRIEND pieces and materials are manufactured and sourced in Los Angeles, California and Oahu, Hawaii.

Designer reworks are made in the country listed on their tags but finished by me in Los Angeles.

Other brands carried in my shop will clearly state their manufacturing origin in the item descriptions.
